These terms apply when you use Bad Ideas Merch (bad-ideas.storegrid.site) or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

About this store

Bad Ideas Merch is an independent fan store. Every piece is made to order after you buy it.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be made, a price was clearly shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you see there, with shipping and any taxes before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Changes, cancellations and returns

You can change or cancel your order until it goes into processing. Once it's in processing we can't change or cancel it, and we can't accept returns or exchanges. Our Return Policy has the details.

Shipping options, costs and delivery details are covered in our Shipping page and shown at checkout.

Product images

Product images show the design and garment as closely as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens and on fabric, and sizes can vary a little between garments, so please check the size chart on the product page.

Your information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
